Rules & regulations

01 Deposit

฿5,000 security deposit

For monthly stays, paid at check-in. It's used toward your actual electricity and water charges, and refunded when you check out.

02 Occupancy

Maximum 2 guests per room

Each room rate covers up to 2 guests.

03 Payment

Pay at property

Payment is made directly at reception only.

04 Identification

Passport required at check-in

Please have your passport ready to present when you check in.

05 Smoking

No smoking in rooms

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment room.

06 Check-in & check-out

Check-in 2 PM – Midnight

Arriving later than midnight? Please let us know in advance. Check-out is before 12:00 PM.

Low season runs February–November · High season is December–January.
